I get the same exact problem. I mounted it to a DVD with MagicISO and now i cant get any farther in the installation. can anyone figure out whats wrong with it?

Due to these reported problems I'm not going to download this particular one.

However, I think Adobe may have implemented something that detects whether the CD is being mounted on a virtual drive. If this is the case then could someone here try and burn the image to a CD, put it in a physical drive and tell me how it goes?

Hopefully that is the solution.

I tried by burnning it in a DVD but it doesn't work either!

you cant install adobe products from a cd or dvd unless it is proper cd/dvd to get past this just mount the cd/dvd and copy all the files to a temp directory on your desktop then start the installer this worx on all downloads from adobe site and any iso's you might download GRUBBTEKK forever

Hey, I know about Mounting, and evreything, but, since it's an UIF File, how, or what should I use to Mount UIF Files...? I tried MagicIso, and it **** ed up my computer, can somone recommend a program that works on Vista...? I hope I'm not sounding like a noob ...

Hey guys who have "Insert proper CD" problems, you've got to copy the whole mounted CD to a directory on your hard drive. It allows installing from HDD and you don't get CD-checks like that.

Just go to www.Torrentz.com and search for Adobe Premiere Pro Cs3 Keygen. Download the Keygen only then go to Adobe Official site and download the free trial which is much faster then the torrent download. and use the keygen to activate it.

right guys...got a problem here and need some help! downloaded the full version and used the keygen to open it...worked for a few days and then stopped working! said "product liscence expired" so i uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but every key gen i tried wont work! is there a way to get around this??

when you are done with both of these run the premiere installer and let it do its thing.
when its done with the install run premiere around this time you should get an error about license expired. this is great and what we want to see anything about components missing means you have other adobe installs that are jacked up and thats a different issue. ok what you need to do now is close the error message and go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db and delete this file. now go back and run Premiere. now you should be presented with a license screen asking you to accept click accept to continue. now you should be at a scrren asking for your serial number this is where you need to fire up the keygen and copy the serial into the text field. now this is where the trick comes in when you have input the serial and you see a green check next to the field telling you the serial is good go back to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\ and you will see a new cache.db file right click this file and set its READ-ONLY attribute to on by checking its box. and then hit apply and ok. go back to premiere serial screen and hit next and let it load when you are asked to register go back to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db and set the READ-ONLY to off and then click never register from the register screen when done go back to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db and set READ-ONLY to on and your done have fun guyz GRUBBTEKK forever

Revised Steps:
Download the Trial from adobe.com.
Get the keygen from http://www.mininova.org/tor/796734. (Better seeding then other link provided.)

When your installing you will get a screen asking for a serial no. The keygen won't work at this screen. Just install it as a trial.

When that's finished Start up premiere, before you do anything else go to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\ in explorer and delete the file cache.db.

Now use the keygen to generate a serial, make sure you get a green tick but DO NOT CLICK NEXT JUST YET. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\ again and set the attributes on the file to READ ONLY. Then click NEXT.

Let the screen load, then open that same folder again, (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\) and untick the READ ONLY attribute. Click Do not register in Adobe and then ok.

Last step, When you start up Premiere it will have to install some codecs, once that is done BEFORE closing premiere change the cache.db file back to READ ONLY.

Tested on Windows XP Pro and worked a treat!

(BTW this method doesn't require any of the phone activation jargon)

I just went through the installation method provided by jonopryor, and installation was successful!! But I was just wondering...after 30 days will the program still work without authorization?

Installed it, and overwrited Premiere.dll in the directory but when i went to open it it says:

To have the program work, once its installed, do you need to keep it mounted or should it work just unmounted as if it was only on your computer?

just delete the cache file and run premiere when you get to window asking for serial input the serial from the keygen. and before you click next change the READ-ONLY attribute to for the cache file. then click next at serial screen thats about it have fun folks GRUBBTEKK forever

jonopryor's method works. but i had to try a few times to get it. maybe more of you will understand if i rephrase it.

1. Download Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 from http://www.adobe.com.
2. Download keygen from http://www.mininova.org/tor/796734.
3. Install Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 as a trial version (do not use the keygen here).
4. After installation has completed shut down Adobe Premiere if it is running.
5. Delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db.
6. Run Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 (this will recreate cache.db).
7. Run keygen and click on 'Generate Serial'.
8. Enter copy and paste serial number into Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 when it is necessary.
9. DO NOT click on the 'Next' button yet.
10. Set C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db to read only.
11. Now click on the 'Next' button.
12. Do not register (use the drop down menu to choose the appropriate option).
13. When Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 has fully loaded, it may ask you to register again - do the same.
14. Untick the 'Read Only' option of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db.
15. Let Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 install the codecs.
16. After codecs are installed, it will need to restart BUT before doing so, set C:\Program 17. Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db to 'Read Only'.

And that's that. If you run into trouble or stuff up, just delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db and start over from step 5.

just to elaborate on 15 and 16. once the codecs have been successfully installed, a panel will ask you to restart premiere. before clicking on an option, set the cache.db file to read only. then click on the option.

jonopryor method works BUT (it doesn't install any codecs or anything!) and after every time you quit and launch Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, the product setup and activation crap appears again.. The ONLY way to bypass is, is by doing that JONOPRYOT method again (the cache files & etc..) BUT that sucks... I want a crack that WILL MAKE IT WORK always, not that a crack that I have to apply over and over again and everytime i restart the program... what crack is that??
