Open the program and find the part were it requests a key.
1. Open TextPad the trial.
2. 'Help' -> 'Update License...'
Generate the key.
3. open the program 'nGen.exe'
4. Fill in any 'name' and 'company'
5. Click 'generate'
6. Select all of the generated text and copy (CTRL-C)
Register the application
7. return to TextPad's 'Update License...'
8. paste the selected text into the 'Update Lincense...' box (CTRL-V)
9. Click 'ok'
