To extract the image file, right click the file ending with .rar, choose WinRar from the context menu (the menu that pops up when you right click something), and select "Extract Here". This will extract the file and put all the pieces back together and then you'll be able to load the image file with the software of your choice. I recommend Daemon Tools or PowerISO.
As for the validity of this upload, i'll check it out myself. Remember to always scan for malicious software before opening a file of any type, music pictures and movies included.

And before I forget while making your XP genuine, it will flash your current XP CD key and the NEW XP CD key. Write this DOWN or cut and paste to Notepad, you will need this if let's say a year from now you want to reformat your HD.
