The MPAA has bots that track certain torrents and log the ip addresses of the people that download them. You must have been unfortunate enough to pick the wrong torrents to download that were being tracked by these bots. I would be very careful, because after a third time, your isp could decide to cancel your account. Yes, you should stick to downloading verified aXXo torrents. Also in your case I would be extra careful and wait until there's some useful comments posted to make sure the torrent you're downloading is legitimate.
