This grammar correction tipped me off and I looked at the tracker(s) in the torrent.
There is only one and I've never heard of it before. It's not even mentioned above.
This looks like a pretty obvious fake/MPAA/etc.
Can any seeder confirm or deny?

Just checked another source and the trackers were all usual ones.
