Apparently Axxo,FXG,..... They all come with the movie like 2-3 weeks before DVD release date.
UPDATE: Get the PUKKA rip instead. Just finished watching it, so i can whole-heartedly recommend it.
too bad the sound isn't that good at the start (not synchronized + it jumps back a couple of times)
