For those don't know what to do, once you enter the product the key, choose the activation by phone , then call the number and tell the computer the ID code showen till you get a person to talk to you. Then from there you will need to tell the person the 1st group numbers and the product key you use. HERE YOU NEED TO TELL THEM THAT ITS YOUR FIRST TIME ACTIVITING IT. Then the person will give a code to enter and boom. Works.
