I found an alternative way around my problem.
1) opening the cd contents and then navigating to office enterprise
2) and then run the setup inside this folder
3) when it asks for Key check the read me file inside the office enterprise cd key
Do not let it AUTO RUN otherwise it will say you dont have admin rights. Cheers.

by the way...im runnin vista home. (Also ive checked in user accs to make sure i have admin. rights)
