"I have a bit of a snag with the game. For some reason, keyboard presses and mouse movement have a slow reaction rate when I play the game. Turning off Vsync and lowering graphics did help a bit, but it still seems like I'm "under water" when I play the game, in that actions take a noticeable time to happen. This is annoying when you're aiming for limbs of the aliens :/"



I have that problem, but only in menus. Otherwise, it takes a minute or so to load but it's good after that. And I'm only running one gig of memory and I'm pretty sure I have graphics on medium high or high.

Both of those work (Thanks Logistic and Akr67). I didn't try any of the others. It'll download a zipped file with a .dll named "paul.dll". Copy that to your Dead Space folder after you've installed it.


When installing, use one of the CD keys up above if the installer asks you for one.
