Hey gio0069. This isn't normally an easy job. It's best to use a torrent client like uTorrent (with a lot high-quality user support) and get it working through there. If you do not wanna do that, try unblocking ports on your router (if used) and if not, try setting the global connections to your speed internets optimum setting.

Podcast 011 is out. Using the same method it can be located with the following:

Great set of podcasts, and if you read this you'll be saved a lot of time from downloading them off the torrents. I cant garuntee that they will be on the follwing website (for direct DL) forever so if this doesn't work for you in the future. Nothing i can do and i apologise.

Now, go to http://podcast.liftedmusic.com/podcast/. You'll see that this link does not work. Now, copy and paste each filename (listed above and ill list below) after '/podcast/' and listen. You can also download using a download manager/whatever plugin you want.
