Hmm I bet many people just aint that clever to figure all this crack things people are talking about. Im not sure why cant anybody just make a simple tutorial video which explains the whole dowloading process. Other thing is just buying the product but still even buying it may have some errors.
But yeah in the future a simple 2min tutorial would be very nice. It works better for people.
