Go to one of the sites below, yes i know there are others bitlord, bitcomet etc. Read up, look at FAQ this should help you out.
Other users don't just roll your eyes please help out the newbees as they will add to the swarms and ensure faster downloads into the future.

2. the torrent host window will open
3. find were it says download torrent and double click on link
4. your torrent engine should take you from there.
