When you burn it, it gets stuck on the "Now Loading" screen just after booting. Other people have this problem too with this ISO, check the comments on Mininova. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
This crack doesn't have the "drunk camera" bug, it works, but it really irritating that you now, every time you start GTA IV, get a CMD - screen whit a STUPID COMMENT OF THE CREATOR!!! Dude, we don't care about how it works on your computer!!
Make the crack again WITHOUT THE COMMAND SCREEN that stays open until you close the game!!
(If you have AVG, the scanner will possibly do nothing...)
I have downloaded and installed it. After the reboot, there was a trojan on my computer that:
- Downloads other virusses and trojans
- disables the acces to 'Task manager' and 'Registry Editor'
- Adds a code to your explorer that deactivates the system file protection. (kaspersky website)
If you want to delete it, follow on the hijack website how to clean up your computer. Spybot SD can help too.
And that of the system restore is right too. You can't use the windows system restore any more to repair the damage...

I attempted to repair the first part of this movie with DivX repair, and even that didn't work! DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!
