It's English and it's working.
When i've started the game with my PS2 it was writing NTSC but this is PAL version i think.

2. Shamur55: All games work on original PS2/PS2-Slim, but you have to buy a mod-chip for it or a Swap Disk, but mod-chip is better.

There is no need for seeding afaik, i d/l-ed the game 2 days ago with great speed, and there were no seed problems...

If a provided Serial works, then the rest works aswell, it's 100%
