Well, clean or not...
I disabled my net conn, installed the program and cracked/activated it properly.
However, I had to close the program after the intial run in order to get the "activate product" screen. When I restarted the program, it failed to run and stated that the files had been changed or the software had been illegaly modified and to re-install the app.
I'm sure I could just retry this sh1t until it may or may not work, but I said ****

I dl and installed the original Half Life release (with Deathmatch, TFC and Ricochet) and everything loads and runs the way it should in whatever mode I chose.
I'm still not sure why I'm having trouble with the other HL pack??... o_0
I'd like to be able to play the add-ons...
I'm having issues running all versions.. I'm assuming it's video related.
I freeze-up at the opening sequence. OpenGL and D3D modes.
Any advice or similar issue with other ppl?
