AXXO is a human, not a machine...he is probably just taking a brake like he has done in the past.
And he has to work somewhere like a blockbuster store to get theses movies early, maybe he got laid off
everyone just rushes off to say he got arrested...he would have been more likely to be arrested from Batman than Twilight or Punisher
