Install winrar

Go to file matl2k8a.r00. Right click on it. U ll find an option call extract here. click on that. All the rar files will be extracted and will give u single ISO image.

Download power iso from here.
http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Backup_and_Copy_Utilities/PowerISO.html

install poweriso

go to the folder where u have extracted the 3.75 GB file. right click on it. go to power iso option and to set no of drives to 1.

Come back to my computer u ll find an extra dvd drive. Other than u r normal one. Right click on that, go to power iso option>mount drive>"select the matlab iso file and tell ok. u ll get a drive where u ll find the setup file.
