No serial needed guys, just install, run once, >register later< - it shows message you're not registered. Exit. Then run D2007Tweaks.exe in ImageFile:\Delphi 2007 for Win32\D2007 Tweaks v1.00 - setup what you need (registration check in advanced) -> Run full version ;-)
