use the serial number provided by blaze69. its inside the "Read Me First" file. Its called "Read Me First" for a reason.

and if u still dont know where is that "Read Me First" file is, its one of the text files inside the Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended [CLEAN] [blaze69].7z folder, which you torrented.

to install this thing, u need to have virtual cd/dvd-ROM. So...

1)download and install virtual cd/dvd-ROM emulators from
http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm
OR
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/ENG/downloads

2)extract 1 of the 'sr-wogoo', which is the files you torrented. u should see a file called 'sr-wogoo.cue'

3)run the emulator and an icon will appear at the bottom right of your screen.

4)right click it ,select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM and browse for 'sr-wogoo.cue'(the file u extract).

the WorldOfGoo installer should run you are done.

this is a really nice show and its worth downloading.(has English subtitles, which i really appreciate)
