Yes, its a "cd"(to burnt on a cd and not on a dvd)image.

Follow these steps to make it work-
Run XDVDmuletter(it needs microsoft .net framework 2.0,just google "NetFx20SP1_x86")
1.Select View ISO
2.Select the .000 file(in this case it would be "IMAGE.000")
3.Select CRC checking.This would give a missmatch error and would ask for permission to fix the file.Fixing would take a few minutes.
4.Burn and play.
