ok i have found the problem. it is kaspersky internet security 2010 which is not letting windows save a log file ,so i cant get my windows experience index. i think kaspersky has realized this & they might correct it in future updates

guys this game has lots of bugs in it

mission-YOU BETTER WATCH OUT- here you cant drop anything & if you do the game crashes.
mission-TILL DEATH DO US PART-the game crashed unconditionally
mission- AMENDMENT XXV-the game crashed unconditionally twice

other than that no problem!!!
