Worked fine for me just have to know how to play with winrar and sets .. i admit pretty dumb how it's split. here ill walk you through it with winrar:
1. select all archives in directory (like i said archives (hold ctrl an unselect the .ifo)
2. rt-click "extract to cr-xox?? .. yes to all
3. goto dir cr-xox??
4. select setup.001, rt-click "open" and pick "select the program .."
5. pick winrar, uncheck "always use the selected .."
6. in winrar toolbar select "extract to"
7. you can figure the rest

it was just split/packaged stupid
