You first have to get a torrent client (utorrent etc.), and the top of this page, you see a list of links, they are to different pages but the torrent is the same, some pages have more trackers but I won't go into that now. download the .torrent file and open it up in your client.

I find using Utorrent more risktaking then Azu, and there is a big reason for that;
Azu is a open client program, you know what's in it, you can play with it (modify etc.)
Utorrent on the other hand isn't, for all you know, Utorrent are helping MPAA by saving your IP and the trackers you are using, they could add that in a new version and you wouldn't even know the difference.
