I am using vista home premium "lite edition" Does anyone know or has anyone tried to upgrade to ultimate from a previous version of vista?

Works great for me. Anyone found a good defrag program though? I've noticed that it was taken out of this version!! Other than that, put it on 2 different PCs with no probs at all.
