um i had a similar problem but i solved the AUTHENTICATION error by MOVING the keygen in to the folder where i needed the patch. Well thats what i did wrong im just giving ya the heads up cause when u patch, it throws files in that u need.
T_T it didnt work i downloaded doublecliked it ran to installer then it disappeared....
I then cheked my program files and the start menu but all i got was picture editor no powerpoint excel word none just picture T-T is tat wats supposed to happen T_T plz help me plox
