Second: No matter what OS you have, XP or Vista, you need more than 256MB of Ram (etherlight). I suggest you follow SpartanX's advice and purchase some additional hardware for your PC. It will give you a much better overall experience with your OS and your games.
Third: Go here: << http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938630 >> Microsoft recommends 2GB, that's Giga-Bytes for those of you who may be confused. That is eight times the amount of ram that etherlight has. Keep in mind you won't need as much if you are running XP, but I would recommend at LEAST 1GB of ram for most games on XP, and still 2 for some. Microsoft also recommends a 7th gen Nvidia card with 256MB video ram (or more) for Shadowrun to run well...
