this game-rip is like a stop-dance, like too much lag.
you cannot play this game-rip smoothly, I tested that.
And yeah ! You won't like the sound, it's like Microsoft Sam's voice.
I can guarantee that, and I've just removed this game-rip from my computer.
So, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO DOWNLOAD THIS.
Oh. Btw, this is my Pc gaming-specs
Proc : Phenom Quad Core
Memory : 4gb
Video Card : 9800GT 512mb 256bit ddr3

Set your download limit to 600kbps or something
and set your upload limit to 750kbps.
Make sure that your upload limit is higher than your download speed.
It's like seeding and leeching at the same time.
600kbps = download limit
750kbps = upload limit
This is real, even though we have a few seeders my download rate is spiking @
500kbps to 600kbps (still depends to your ISP speed)
