These are the explinations for the problem from Gerald Köhler who runs the FIFA Manager blog, (I assume for most people it's the first one):
1. Pirated Version
If you play with a pirated version you get sacked at the end of the season, that's for sure. If there will be a new pirated version without this problem, we have other things that won't work. Enjoy.
2. CaC Problem
If you have founded a club and play with a strong Reserves team, there is a problem at the end of the season and you get sacked as well. This is a bug and we have to apologize. Currently there are 2 solutions: Either you just play as normal until the end of the season, save and wait for the update - or you ignore the Reserves to avoid getting promoted. In this case you can play as long as you like.
3. Normal Sacking
To make it even more complicated, there are normal sacks at the end of the season. These can happen for several reasons:
a. The team didn't play well.
b. Finances. You are in debts.
c. Budgets. You have ignored your budgets - and this is dangerous!
If your problem is "c" and you have already pla **** to the end of the season you should ask your board for some additional money first. Then take this money and put it to the budget you have ignored. It's getting easier if you have pla **** several seasons at a club, but in your first season your board will really have a close look on your budget.

but im having a little problem converting it to avi does anyone know how or what program to use
