i cannot run the darcoder file .. someone pls help . as this file is registry entries it cannot be run . so how is everyone doing this ??unless this is fake . someone pls explain

I am experiencing a problem with this DL . when i try to run the decoder.reg file i get "invalid win32 application" warning and cannot continue . as most i see already have gotten this DL to work , i could use some help pls
