Not necaseraly, Many of aXXo dvd Rip were 698 - 701mb
and some can even be at RAR 400mb.

yes.. bigger the file the bigger the resolution quality.

i can run a 700mb dvd rip / file on 29" HDTV DVI-HDMI full screen good quality.
