Indeed there is some kind of high frequency noise at start. It's less bothering after but you can still hear it. And audio is like it was recorded on low gain or transcoded.
Anyway it's watchable and hundred times better than a screener.

4) Run "Patch.exe"
5) Now launch DTPro and add an "IDE Virtual Drive"
6) Mount the MDS file "ptn-twit.mds" and install the game.
7) Launch the game !
