me and my friends had that problem, turned out paul was trying to cheat w/ a trainer on ( it really threw off the game; said "out of sync" after a few minutes of playing) another time we couldn't get it to work because someone's computer was too slow, it barely met the minimum requirements and because of his going really slow it made it lag horribly then throw off the sync
so check if someones using a trainer, and make sure your computers don't suckkk
yes, this is compatible with 32 bit machines, i built one for my friend and put this on there for him:)
solo836 , if you have xp it allows you to run it mounted, but i don't think that you can get it all the way installed, because it requires the pc to restart during install, so if you want to try good luck
one more thing, before downloading any torrents remember to use peer guardian! no sense jipping windows if your going to let them see you downloaded it and getting a hefty fine, or going to jail.
maybe i had better luck than others here, but it installed no problem on my c&c3 (which i also downloaded via torrents)
only thing that doesn't work for me is the online, but i could care less; i have 5 computers and we have lan parties a lot here so as long as the lan and the story works i'm happy.
downloaded a few weeks ago, was freaked out when i installed on my pc and got a weird screen with random characters all over... until i realized i was installing it on a computer that wasn't vista compatible. install the windows upgrade adviser and it'll let you know if you can run this.
oh, i've installed over 70 updates, and haven't had a hiccup. i'm using a 1.5gs Pentium, 40gb hard drive, fx 5200 video card, and only 768mb of memory and it boots as fast as it'll boot xp, so take that vista- bashers!
and, if you need a language pack, download it and then get your preferred language through the microsoft updates! it's easy and quick; getting the french language pack took only about 5 minutes.

game plays great, just read instructions, install then open the disk image and find the folder designated "crack" and replace the files.
