i have done that ,but it says too that you must Delete the registry entry for 2K Games.
But the only proplem is how to do that..

1. Disconnect Internet
2. Install Bioshock
3. When it says please insert origonal disk, copy 2K Games folder to Desktop
4. After its copied, click OK on the protection error
5. Copy the Bioshock.exe to the Release folder
6. Copy the Paul.dll to the Release folder
7. Delete the registry entry for 2K Games
8. Connect Internet
9. Run the game
