Just so that you know... it is possible to make a .cue file.
Just start notepad,
paste:
FILE "xxxxxx.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
(the x's being the name of the .bin file included)
Save as "<name of bin file>.cue".
