FXG, for your next rips, you should rename directly the subs file name just like the movie file name. You only have to add ".subs". People will know it is the subtitles file, even if their file explorer doesn't show the file extensions (.avi and .srt in this case).

A bit blurry in some parts of the movie, but quality is fine. At least it fits on a cd for those who want to watch it on their player and or archive it... Otherwise, get the Pukka encoding or wait for a 720p or 1080p versions. Or wait a few weeks or months to buy official dvds/blu rays less expensive if you want to support the artists.

@fantastica : sizes depend on video duration, video codec and audio codec and container...
Some prefer video quality over audio quality(stereo mp3 is good though), files are about 700 mb;
others want both video and audio quality(then it's multichannel ac3), files are between 700 and 1400mb.
There are "unofficial" rules/advices for video encoding, often called as "scene" rules, but frontier between "scene" and "p2p" is a thin or blurred line...
I just noticed, fxg, fxm, axxo, klaxxon have the letter x common in their names :p
If you can edit the trackers of a .torrent, remove the moviex tracker! I read on some forums that they leech without seeding, and they won't enable DHT.

It depends on the dvd source and the way to transfer the movie on the dvd.

On the back cover of a dvd, if you read 16:9 or 1.77:1 or 1.78:1, that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be displa **** on the screen at 16:9 or 1.77:1 or 1.78:1.
"Wider ratios such as 1.85:1 and 2.40:1 are accommodated within the 16:9 DVD frame by additional black bars within the image itself." = That means picture+black bars=16:9; if removing black bars=True aspect ratio.

Video quality of the movie is great, but I doubt it is a retail dvd? Maybe it was recorded from TV in China on a standalone dvd-recorder, then encoded to this x264 ac3 .mkv file? And the subtitles within the .mkv file are in "easy to understand for beginners" english.

Edit: For those who need subtitles, the subtitles(.idx and .sub in the .rar file) in this .torrent get out of sync after 7minutes. Fortunately you can find sync versions subtitles on opensubtitles.org and other sites.
It depends on the dvd source and the way to transfer the movie on the dvd.

On the back cover of a dvd, if you read 16:9 or 1.77:1 or 1.78:1, that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be displa **** on the screen at 16:9 or 1.77:1 or 1.78:1.
"Wider ratios such as 1.85:1 and 2.40:1 are accommodated within the 16:9 DVD frame by additional black bars within the image itself." = That means picture+black bars=16:9; if removing black bars=True aspect ratio.
Edit: currently checking and doing some calculus on various releases of axxo, fxm, fxg, klaxxon, etc.
Aspect ratios of the starship troopers movies are ok, within the threshold :)
By the way, i learnt some technical advice about video encoding, it can render good quality while keeping aspect ratio, remaining compatible with dvd/divx home players and ****

This encode is 660 x 360 1.833 (11:6) ?! And he dares write : > SOURCE.....[ DVD :(
1.33:1(=4:3 fullscreen), 1.77:1 (16:9) or 2.35:1(widescreen). This encode is 688 x 284 2.423 (46:19) :-( a bit far from 2.35:1 .
I mean those who encode should at least respect the real aspect ratio that the movies creators/directors/producers choosed for recording and publishing. And I didn't aim specifically to axxo. Some of the first axxo sharings had respective true aspect ratios. And then fakes and impostors appeared months later ...

:-( It's 25.00fps, not original 29.97 or 23.98fps ... That means audio is sped and pitched up compared to the original version.
I don't know about the video quality, I haven't watched it yet.
If you want a near aspect ratio, get the iA **** version ( http://www.scenereleases.info/2008/07/l-change-world-2008-dvdrip-xvid-ia **** .html ), a bit smaller (560 x 304) but aspect is closer(1.84). I haven't watched it yet too.
I watched the SSTV one, good quality :-)
- Have I Got A Story ? : 4 kids discussing about what they saw.
- Crossfire : lol she shouldn't have braked the car while arguing with her partner :-p
- Field Test : Bruce looks a bit **** or yaoi (I have nothing against **** s)
- In Darkness Dwells : visiting the old subways underground
- Working Through Pain : remembering some spiritual things
- Deadshot : very precise

Video quality : a bit interlaced and pixels artifacts, but it's good enough if you only want to watch it without burning it on a disc for archiving purposes
Audio: no problem, but audio squeezes and go mute for many seconds in the ending credits xD
574 MB for a 2hours movie/show, and with 15 frames/second, that's still watchable :-)
If you want a complete "video", get the HLS one.

After the credits at the end of the movie, there are... some commercials and advertisements for shampoos and toothpastes ?!
Video quality of the movie is great, but I doubt it is a retail dvd? Maybe it was recorded from TV in China on a standalone dvd-recorder, then encoded to this x264 ac3 .mkv file? And the subtitles within the .mkv file are in "easy to understand for beginners" english.
Or maybe the guy who encoded the movie didn't reached 700 MB, so he added some TV recordings of ads to reach 700 MB lol wtf xD
