In my case, I have to block the setup to not connect with the internet and then, proceed the intall

"so you need to move dtpro.dat from \All Users\Application Data\DAEMON Tools Pro to
\All Users\<your_application_data_folder>\DAEMON Tools Pro :)"
... to works here, I have to change the directory to "C:\Do **** ents and Settings\All Users\DADOS DE APLICATIVOS\DAEMON Tools Pro". Creo q en español es algo parecido.
