This is one of the bad dvd rips.I doubt it can be termed as a dvd rip because in many frames the images are highly pixelated. thought the sound quality is perfect but the video is far from normal. If you still want, it is watchable but not worth keeping as a collector's item for an epic movie.
For those who say its a good rip, i reiterate the fact-"its not close to a dvd rip".
maybe the Newartriot version might be better than this.

also the viewing area is perfect(like most rips) and not teeny-tiny as mentioned above.

This is a perfect dvd rip(though the diamond copy has better quality as its 2cd rip). very good quality.It has hard coded english subs also which syncs well.

Audio and video are top notch. Rename the subs file like the avi file and it syncs well in VLC player.
