You manage *.rar files with WinRar, which is paid. Or with 7-Zip (that way, you'll be able to deal with *.7z, *.rar, *.zip and almost every type of compressed files), which is free.
The *.daa files are disk images files that you can manage with PowerIso, which is a great program!
