I assume you use daemon tools. There's a forum topic on daemons forums talking about this. http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/silent-hunter-4-version-1-t16287.html. Someone suggests to uninstall daemon tools and alcohol 120% (or the like if you have them), then uninstall SPTD (can use the install program I mention in a bit to uninstall). Then reboot. Install SPTD 1.42 (http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads). Install Daemon tools (will reboot to finish). Hopefully, this will fix your issue. Otherwise, try going to gamecopyworld.com and get the fixed exe for 1.1.
