For the people who are still having problems with the "insert disk" situation:
If you mounted the image using a program, such as Daemon Tools, you must first extract all the files to a temp folder. Once all that is done you must make sure you unmount the image from your program, Daemon Tools, then you are able to run the setup.exe from your temp folder. Hope that works. :)

Also, I noticed that your files must be in the same drive you are trying to install it in. Ex. put your temp folder on your C:/ drive to install it on your C:/ drive. Good Luck!
