please seed this guys, its really good. i will continue to seed this as i have already finished, but it appears that people are deleting the torrent file right after it finishes, probably because of its size. please help to increase torrent health by continuiing to seed! i hate to be the only one of about 4 seeds in swarm at any given time. i dont really have a high upload speed, so i need all the help i can get!
this game works, but it pwns my computer (core duo at 1.83Ghz, 2gb RAM at 533mhz, and ATI Radeon x1400 pro with 256mb.... if you have less than me, i wouldnt recommend downloading this game, i even uninstalled it cause it just doesnt run well enough. good luck, (great movie by the way)
it doesnt really have to do much with this game or anything, but i would like to throw out a suggestion... i havent been keeping up much on the brand new graphics cards, so there may be more models out there... but anyways, for future reference, Windows Vista has DirectX 10, (or at least the capability, i dont know, i dont have it) but there is only ONE graphics card out there that supports it (Nvidia 8800, and a pretty penny) and if you plan on gaming, i would recommending waiting until cheaper cards come out for consumers, or save up enough to get it... some of the other cards that will be coming out with DX10 capabilities are the Radeon R600 and the Intel integrated G35 (but who cares about integrated ;P). as for the Intel Integrated G965 X3000, it is compatible, but the drivers are pending, which isnt really a problem, but remember, its integrated ($uX0r). and on a final note, if you have plans on building a supercomputer of ur dreams....dont...dell has already come out with quadcore processors and you might as well wait, since you plan on spending a bunch... if you will not heed my warning on that, at least get plan on getting the new Aegis PhysX card (PCI). that will soon be on the gaming forefront. sucks when you dont know about ur upgrades :P.
IN CASE YOUR GAME CRASHES AFTER INTRO i would like to add something that would help solve your problems, if you are having some with it crashing after the intro... for mine, mm.exe would error, saying something about memory reading error... well, since it was the .exe that **** ed up, i looked elsewhere, and i found a solution. you may be able to find one for your current version, but i found a torrent that had an updated version crack.. but dont worry, heres the link for the version update patch ----- http://games.softpedia.com/get/Patch/Dark-Messiah-of-Might-Magic-International-102-Patch.shtml ok, when ur done with that, heres the link for the torrent(crack) for the 1.02version that you updated to. btw i have tried this and it works! http://www.mininova.org/tor/578551 just copy the crack into the game directory, just like you did with the previous crack, that apparently didnt work, or that the new patch fixed. good luck and i hope you the best.
well here it goes as for installation instructions, please excuse the long eplanations. well, load it with daemon tools, put in the serial from the .txt, and install the game. now you have to find a patch/crack(.exe). just a fair warning, some of the cracks are fake, and make it so the game doesnt work. for example when i tried that asxdox V1.15 it didnt work. but i found one that had version 1.08 and it worked. you install the patch, then the crack. just so you know, the crack only works with the patch it came with, so dont update it w/o a crack that comes with it (otherwise you get some "wrong engine.dll" error or something like that. then, go to the crack that you copied in the directory and right-click -> properties, click compatibility, then change to 2000/me, click apply then OK. if you have a radeon graphics card and the game is crashing, then go to your advanced display settings (Catalyst). click the (+)3D, then disable the Catalyst A.I. after hours of searching for a way to stop the crashing, this is what i have come up with and im sharing to save you the time. i hope these instructions help solve any crashing problems that may occur. good luck :)
