S02E02 is not missing really, the mistake here is that some of the numbers of the seasons and episodes are wrong.
The episodes are almost in right order, but just have wrong number to indicate season and episode.

So the last episode "MacGyver Special" is really an episode 06 of season 06.
The episode that really is missing is "S04E11 - Crimes and Myth-Demeanors 1".
In torrent this is called "MB.4x11.Crimes and Myth-Demeanors.1.DVDRip-wide.avi", but what it really is, is that it's the same episode then "MB.4x16.Crimes.and.Myth-Demeanors.2.DSR-wpi.avi".
So episode 4x16 is twice there.
