It works well in Windows 7, so shud work in Vista as well. Log in to a Administrator account and then run the setup.bat...As far as the NoDVD patch is concerned, the one along with the torrent didn work for me, found a seperate NoDVD patched EXE. Im not able to extract the *.arc files included within the "rar"...Tried various arc decompressor but no success...anyone able to extract it successfully?

I too faced the same repeating problem after getting into the elevator, after a bit of googling came across this "crackfix"

It worked fine for me.(It crashed the first time in XP so tried changing compatability mode to Windows 2000, and it worked great!)
