Why dosen't the person who uploaded this just upload the avi file? it will be much easier and there wont be a risk of it being password protected

if you are getting just sound and no picture than you need a codec (compresser decompresser) for that video file google avi codec download and install the codec then play the move and see if it works;) ( sorry for my spelling :) )
