@sigane: Mad.Men.2x04.Three.Sundays.HDTV.XviD-FoV.avi was nuked for the very same reason, I ran in to the same problem. FoV has released a repacked version later, you should get that one (mad men 2x04 Three Sundays REPACK HDTV XviD FoV), though there aren't many seeds as of now...
