Some of you that are having problems is because you have either downloaded patch 1.0.3.0, downloaded a different crack or didn't do setup properly.

il tell u hw to do it properly

after uv installed everything..go to cd1 and go into the folder where the cracks are, drag them to the gta folder and do the xlive update and rgsc update. after that the game should work perefectly. also if you want you can get patch 1.0.1.0 without stuffing anythiing up(not sure about patch 1.0.2.0)

and when youv started the game ull need to made a windows account. click create account, and then click create offline account and ur good to go :)

also if the games lagging make sure u have the latest driver from nvidia.com or whateever ur thing is. the update makes gta iv like 50% faster. before i was using medium settings so it would work but now there all high :)

also some of u guys might be confused about the bit where it says somethign about -nomemrestrict
for that you have to make a notpad file in the gta folder and in it write

-norestrictions
-nomemrestrict

OUIdy use peer guardian that will block government ips that try to access your computer to catch you.

it works for me.

and its open.piratebay tracker which is letting ur isps know ive been caught twice because of that tracker
