You use WinRar or other programs to Extract the iso from these files just like a "Zip" file :)

This is a great pack. All are in decent quality for computer use. But you should NEVER under any cir **** stance watch anime dubbed over in English. lol jk

Anti virus software mostly always say stuff like that... USUALLY it's not a virus but make sure it just says under the description some thing like "generic.blahblahblah" you'll know.
