After the computer has rebooted load up Kaspersky, click on "Settings" and go down to "Options" and un-check "Enable Self-Defence". Click ok.
Now disable Kaspersky and exit the program.

If u r getting stuck, wait for a while, it approximately takes 25 mins to complete the setup.
So wait, after all the output is great, i have been playing this from a month now.
just extract all the files in the directory u want to store the game for eg.. D:FIFA 09
Then run setup.bat file, do whatever is said, u just need to press a key to start, it will automatically convert all the extracted files into the game files, and u can start playing.
Extraction would approximately 20 min, so please be patient........

A temporary file is created, which is 2.07 gb and then nothing happens.........
