I could not convert this KVCD file with any program. Roxio media said it was not able to convert due to insufficiant data to convert.

Unless you are the person distributing the info I wouldn't worry, just make sure your hard drive doesn't have the movie on there anymore. They can't do much without the hard drive info or even better, without the hard drive. I find your info somewhat strange, who can trace your download unless you opened it while having a 'live' internet connection and asking you for permission to download something for viewing.
