Unless you are the person distributing the info I wouldn't worry, just make sure your hard drive doesn't have the movie on there anymore. They can't do much without the hard drive info or even better, without the hard drive. I find your info somewhat strange, who can trace your download unless you opened it while having a 'live' internet connection and asking you for permission to download something for viewing.
