right click on "computer"
then
on the left, open "advanced system settings"
then
Under the "advanced tab" go to "performance's Settings"
then
Go to the "data execution prevention" tab
then
add --> then browse for both the sims.exe in the normal folder, and the sims.exe in the TSbin folder (make sure that both have a check besides them)
Because i donno which one but put both and hopefully it will run like it did with me :)

Click Advanced System Settings.
Under Performance, click Settings.
Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
